  • Presentation guidelines

    Oral Presentations

    Each oral presenter is allotted 15 minutes total for accepted talks (corresponding to 10 minutes of presentation + 5 minutes of questions) and 25 minutes for invited talks (corresponding to 20 minutes of presentation + 5 minutes of questions).
    Formats for the presentations can be in pdf, keynote or powerpoint. 16/9 format.
    All presentations for oral sessions must be submitted to the presenters computers before the end of the previous day in the conference room.

    Poster Presentations

    The poster area serves as the meeting’s coffee break area.
    Your poster should fit within 1m x 1m area. Pins will be provided.
    Posters can be on display the whole week. There are two poster sessions of approximately 2 hours during the late afternoon of Tuesday and Wednesday (16:45 to 18:45). Posters left up after the end of the week will be discarded.
